Who this is for

You're rebuilding.

You've already stopped drinking. Life is broadly stable. But removing alcohol exposed a career or direction question you can no longer ignore, and you want to do something about it.

The old career no longer makes sense.

You can still do the work. That is not the issue. The problem is that you no longer know why you are staying.

You don't know what comes next.

You know the old direction no longer fits, but every alternative is still an idea. Nothing has survived contact with your actual life.

You know what needs to change. It still hasn't.

The career move or direction change is not a mystery. You have thought about it, planned it, and postponed it. The gap is follow-through.

The work

90 days. One on one.

We define the career or direction change, decide what meaningful progress looks like, and turn it into two daily actions. The record will show what is helping, what's getting in the way, and what needs to change.

i

Two daily actions

Clear and trackable. Done or not done. We use them to test whether the setup works in your actual life, not whether the week felt productive.

ii

Shared action record

The record shows what you committed to, what happened, and where the pattern returned. I review it between sessions and reach out if it goes quiet.

iii

13 sessions

Thirteen 60-minute sessions across the 90 days. Before each one, I review the record. We find where follow-through broke, work out what created the gap, and adjust.

iv

Between-session contact

When the pattern shows up between calls, reach out while it's still fresh.

Client experience

What really stood out was his ability to challenge me when needed and make sure I stayed on track instead of falling back into old patterns.

Jasmeet S.
Marketing Director

He doesn't offer quick fixes or generic motivational advice. He genuinely listens, asks the right questions, and challenges you to take responsibility for your own growth in a way that feels supportive rather than judgmental.

Shawn S.
Founder

What truly made a difference was he helped me identify and push through blockers.

Hershal S.
Growth Marketing

Working with Kishan through Rudra means having a coach who genuinely takes the time to understand your needs and adapts strategies specifically to you and your lifestyle. Not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Jigar P.
Engineer

Founding clients received a reduced rate, and I knew each of them personally before coaching.

Why I do this

Kishan, during the drinking years
Past
Kishan, present day
Present

My name is Kishan. I drank heavily for five years and tried to quit for three. I read the books, changed routines, and sat through a 10-day silent retreat. Nothing held. I drank at a wedding the night the retreat ended.

Then my grandmother died. The 13-day mourning period became the longest sober stretch I'd had in years. A few weeks later, a friend asked how I wanted to be remembered. The question landed. I quit in 2023.

Stopping changed a lot. It did not change the job I didn't care about, the body I'd ignored, or the question of what I was doing with my life. I was sober and stable, but still stuck.

Before this, I worked in finance and short-selling. My job was finding the detail that did not match the story a company was telling. Eventually I started using the same lens on myself. What did I say mattered? What did my behavior show? What kept appearing in the gap?

That is the work I now do with clients. Not helping them quit. Not treating addiction. Helping people who have already stopped turn the life they keep talking about into something they can test, track, and build.

Rudra is the remover of sorrow. Destruction before renewal. Quitting ends one thing. The rebuild begins another.

Questions

Who is this for?

People who have already stopped drinking, are broadly stable, and remain stuck in a career or life direction that no longer fits. You do not need to know exactly how to change it. You do need to want it to move and be willing to act.

How does the program work?

Over 90 days, we define the career or life-direction change and what meaningful progress would look like. We turn that into two daily actions and track them in a shared action record across 13 one-on-one sessions, with between-session accountability.

How much does it cost?

If you are a good fit, I will explain the structure, investment, and terms on the free call.

Is this therapy?

No. I'm a coach. I'm not a therapist, doctor, psychiatrist, counselor, or licensed mental health professional. I don't diagnose, treat, or advise on any medical or mental health condition. Coaching is not therapy, treatment, or a substitute for professional care.

Coaching here is action-oriented. We work with what you say matters, what you actually do, and what interrupts follow-through. Some clients also work with a therapist. The services can complement each other, but coaching is not treatment.

How is this different from a sobriety coach or recovery coach?

Recovery and sobriety coaches help people stop drinking or stay stopped. Rudra starts after that. You have already quit. We work on the career or life-direction change that became harder to ignore once alcohol was gone.
