Who This Is For
I work with people who are rebuilding after a breaking point. Drinking was my door into this work. It's not the only one. If you are currently drinking heavily and want to stop, suddenly stopping can be medically dangerous. Talk to a doctor first. Free, effective support exists: AA, SMART Recovery, and Recovery Dharma among others.

Scope
Coaching supports the life you build going forward. Anything clinical, meaning therapy, treatment, or medical care, belongs with a licensed professional. Coaching does not include evaluating, monitoring, or managing any clinical need, and you are responsible for seeking licensed care for anything outside coaching scope. I encourage clients to maintain their existing professional relationships.

Coaching outcomes depend on your individual circumstances, effort, and engagement. Nothing is guaranteed. Testimonials on this site are from real clients who were not paid or compensated. Some of them are friends Kishan knew before coaching them. Quotes are reviewed before posting and published as written, trimmed only for length and grammar. Their results reflect their individual circumstances and effort, not results you should generally expect; specific outcomes described (habits, routines, measured changes) are theirs, and yours will depend on you.
